What will coaching together look like?
We will meet twice monthly for 90-minute coaching sessions, guided by intuition to assess what will bring the most momentum to stabilizing self-love, and attracting what you desire into your experience.
Sessions include
The Soul – We will bring awareness to what alignment with your Inner Being feels like so you can never go back to not knowing the most intimate relationship you’ll ever have.
You’ll be given a simple 25 min meditative practice
You’ll learn how to use your emotions as your finest compass that can guide you quickly towards better than imagined outcomes.
The Mind – understand how to use your most powerful tool, the ability to focus.
Mind practices guided with spiritual law that help you to use this powerful force for good rather than unwanted.
The Body – Pleasure practice as a blissipline. For many, establishing pleasure as a baseline is a foreign concept.
We’ll utilize breathwork, movement, sound as well as the sensations & feelings of your body to move energy
You’ll be given simple taoist and tantric practices to help familiarize your body with receiving exquisite pleasure (which makes receiving it from another human that much easier).
The Field – Systemic Constellation work will bring awareness to what dynamics are alive in your relationship space (often times carried down by ancestors) and shift that which is no longer needed or beneficial into what is preferred.
